Wir starten mit einer kleinen Aufwärmung, um dich mit dem Atmungsmuster, Körperhaltung und Massage-Techniken (Handfläche, Daumen, Unterarm etc.) vertraut zu machen.
We will start with a brief warm-up, physically and mentally, to get familiarized and comfortable with the breath pattern, seat positions, and massage techniques.
Die Philosophie der Thai (Yoga) Massage wird auch im Laufe des Kurses auf eine unaufdringliche, aber durchsickernde Art vermittelt.
Little by little you will be "living" and applying the philosophy of Thai Massage without cognitively thinking about it.
Es wird zuerst eine Demo-Runde geben und danach machen wir uns ans Geben und Bekommen. Du würdest am Ende des Kurses locker eine 1-stündige Massage schenken können.

About Jini:
Always fascinated by movement and the magic of massage, Jini has been exploring the paths of Thai Massage for about 6 years. Being a yogi and acroyogi, he has always had a great appreciation for stretching and the physical and emotional sensations through the art of playing.
She has completed more than 200 hours of Thai Massage training in different institutes in Thailand, among others: Basic Course at Sunshine Network, Advanced Course with Jack Chaiya, Anatomy and Thai (2 sessions) at Sunshine Massage School, Rocking Thai Massage at Blue Garden etc
